Our customer service specialists are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., to process online and faxed referrals.
Weekend referrals who require an in-home visit on Saturday or Sunday must be called in to the appropriate facility number and on-call staff will be notified. Please see our locations page for a list of facility numbers.
